Labor 2008: Get involved now to make change that matters on Nov. 8, 2008.Phone Banks

Volunteer at scheduled event or coordinate local phone bank

Nancy Moorer, BWC, makes phone calls for GOTV in 2006.As General Election Day approaches, many related union efforts—including GOTV phone banks and Labor-to-Labor Walks —will need your involvement to be successful in securing change that matters in 2008.

As in the past, OCSEA would like to see subordinate bodies offer $25/member for at least 2 hours of phone banking. Half of that cost can be reimbursed through the Challenge Grant Program.
