OCSEA members represent union interests on Agency Review Teams

Agency Review Team (ART) members are charged with considering all submitted recommendations and determining their viability.

Each committee is small with eight to 10 members and is made up of equal parts labor and management.

Presently, 21 ARTs have been appointed and many have completed training. In fact, several teams are up and running and have begun reviewing online submissions.

OCSEA members who have ideas on how to improve their agency operations should visit the Employee and Stakeholder Suggestion Program website. Leave a concise and clear message. Suggestions can be made anonymously.
