July 1, 2008 - Starting today OCSEA members who use their own vehicles for agency-required travel will get some financial relief from sky-high gasoline prices. State officials last week agreed to OCSEA's strong and persistent request to increase the mileage reimbursement rate to 50.5 cents per mile. FULL STORY

State of Ohio contract books available
The current contract between the State of Ohio and OCSEA was negotiated late-2005 through early 2006. The agreement is effective March 1, 2006, through Feb. 28, 2009. The union's contract negotiations efforts are led by Executive Director Andy Douglas, the Negotiations Team, the Bargaining Advisory Committee, and the Bargaining Council.
