If you need help with a contract enforcement issue, please contact your local steward, chapter president, and / or your staff representative. Listings are also available for the board of directors, stewards, and officers of all chapters, assemblies, and district councils as well as stewards. Your vote equals representation and a voice in the union. When OCSEA and the state and local governments gather for contract negotiations, all negotiated benefits are subject to change.
