Take Charge! Live Well! is an exciting new health and wellness program brought to you by the state's labor management Joint Health Care Committee (JHCC).

Cash incentives offered

Check out the financial incentives available to you and your spouse for completing theTake Charge! Live Well! (TCLW) programs.

Employee participants enrolled in a state health plan are eligible to receive up to $100 for participating in TCLW.

An employee whose enrolled-spouse also participates in the program is eligible to earn up to an additional $100, for a combined possible total of $200.
