AFSCME Advantage AFSCME membership offers a range of discounts, special programs Being an OCSEA/AFSCME member doesn’t only get you an advantage at the bargaining table – it also gets you bargains with AFSCME Advantage. Through OCSEA’s affiliation with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, OCSEA members are eligible to participate in the AFSCME Advantage. This program is designed to add value to your union membership by offering savings on a large number of products and services. Members may contact Kathleen Kelly, Union Plus & AFSCME Advantage Regional Benefits Coordinator, with questions and concerns. Leaders may also invite Kelly to union fairs and meetings.
