Meeting Rooms The union offers space for OCSEA's trainings, subordinate body meetings, and labor-management meetings. Currently, OCSEA is holding state contract negotiations at the union hall, so room requests are temporarily suspended until further notice. Check back in March 2009 for an update. ROOM REQUESTS - OCSEA leaders and members may contact customer service to request a meeting room. Send an email or call 888-OCSEA-11 (toll free) or 614-865-2257 (local). Our staff will help determine your facility needs and submit your request. You will be advised if the request has been approved. CANCELLATIONS - To maximize the union's ability to meet members' meeting room requests, bookers are REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CANCELLATIONS at least one week in advance by contacting OCSEA customer service.
