Communications Department

The OCSEA Communications Department is responsible for the union's website, email network, UBBN materials, media work and most publications, including the New Directions bi-weekly newsletter for leaders and the Public Employee Quarterly magazine for all members. The communications staff also produces agency-specific newsletters.
